Exercising for the last eight weeks has been hard for me with getting back to normal with my broken leg that is still in the healing process since September. But I have worked hard on exercising and eating healthy, and a little bit has changed.
I’m thankful for:
- Being able to do most exercises.
- Loving to eat healthy, and eating sweets in moderation.
- The love and support from my husband who has encouraged me every day of this entire eight weeks.
